Tell Us What You Thought
Replace with any other green and it would be quite good: arugula, spinach, or mustard
greens would all be notable improvements. I don't know if it's the relatively short

Too Salty, but Delicious
Love the ingredients together. Halve the salt. Also, because of other reviews I used 1 cup
of broth. Personally, I liked it that way. Used 1/2 cup of Kendall Jackson Grand Reserve
Chardonnay. I will definitely make this again; will just cut back on the salt and broth. You
can always add later to taste.

Salty
I think the broth amount is too high. I think 1/2 cup - a cup wouldbe better and less
soupy. Beans were tasty.

wanted it to be great, but it wasn't!
this ended up to be a soupy kinda' mess. i thought it would be a good recipe for my
getting protein w/a tasty recipe. it was not delicious and not a really good dish for a
vegetarian.

Delicious!
Wonderful flavors and very healthy. I did not stir cheese into the dish, because it tended
to just congeal in lumps. But cheese sprinkled on top was just right.
